Condition fell through: When listing status is changed to Active, Commander will generate an e-mail to agents who showed this property before it became conditionally sold. Administrator or Listing Agent can initiate the process by searching the listing with MLS number. “Action” link will present the list of all the agents. The user can de-select names if required prior to sending the e-mail. Template Letter can be modified via Template Letters / Custom Event.
Just listed: When new listing is entered / imported, Commander will perform a quick CMA to verify if your office has a comparable property for sale. The comparison criteria include: Street name, Postal Code, Dwelling and Price range. All comparable listings will be displayed, once entered quick!Promo. Template Letter can be modified via Template Letters / Custom Event. “Action” link will display the comparable property in your system and indicate the number of showings. The e-mail will be send to all agents who showed comparable property in the last 30 days.
Listing Agents and Administrators can upload unlimited number of documents related to each transaction. The documents are saved in cloud and are available to retrieve / modify / delete any time you need. The list of uploaded documents are automatically displayed in “My Trade Record Sheet” form, helping your Deal Secretary verify the office has all the documents required for closing the transaction. The list is also displayed in “Documents” TAB of the Commander Back Office.
Administrators and the agents can register the Buyers they are working with. Having this information available will protect your agents from potential duplicate agreements within your company and will ensure a smoother transaction. Depending on your feedback and interest, we will enhance this process in future releases.
