The “Top Ten Showings” report lists the top 10 agents who showed your brokerage’s listings the most. It helps you uncover active agents in the areas where your brokerage has properties for sale, so recruiting will be a win-win situation for both parties.
Q: In Virtual Office, what are the differences between the Resources menu and the Documents option in My Listings?
A: Resources has been designed to provide your agents with general documents. It shares information to help them to maintain their businesses, regardless of whether they work from your office, from home, or on the buyer’s side. The feature allows you to create unlimited subfolders and store the documents accordingly, e.g., Real Estate Forms; Educational/Training (you can even save YouTube videos); Marketing Materials, such as MLS news, Board statistics, etc. You can even post your monthly newsletters. Agents will have immediate access to the documents and won’t need to call or go to the office. They can download to their home computer and use at their convenience.
The Documents option in My Listings is for documents related to specific transactions. The listing agent and office admin can upload all the documents, such as Agreement of Purchase and Sale, Waivers, Offers, Amendments, etc. The listing agent and admin can easily access these documents 24/7 whenever needed. When the listing is imported to Back Office, the list of uploaded documents is displayed in the Documents tab of the transaction.
